I am a fast food fan, and a cheese burger addict. And I have not come to realize that consuming this food is a bad habit, especially for my health till now. And one thing I can suggest that if you like hamburgers, pizzas, etc. I suggest you make them at home. Fast food really does not have any benefits. It makes your wallet skinny while making you fat and unhealthy. Plus, some of them are just flat out nasty (oily, messy) Thanks for the video. That’s gross.
