If you are the person who is wondering why you shouldn’t drink too much alcohol, perhaps the following information will lead you in the right direction.
Friends will complain about your alcohol consumption and avoid your company…
Let’s just say you are planning a night out on the town with your best buddies. You get all cleaned up and dressed snazzy. Several of your friends arrive at your place. Before you leave for the club, a couple of them say that they don’t want to ride in your car. When you look puzzled, they make it very clear that you drink too much and they are afraid you might get into an accident after leaving the bar.
Perhaps it gets even worse than this. You notice that your friends aren’t calling you anymore for those nights out at the bar. Maybe the last time you were out together, you got drunk and started a fight with one of them or someone else in the bar.
Family rejection
Perhaps your family gets together for spaghetti dinner (with wine) on Saturdays. Before you go there, you have a few drinks to loosen up. By the time you arrive, you definitely don’t need the wine with your meal and probably don’t even feel like eating.
Lately, they haven’t been wanting you to join them for the family dinner. You may have asked what the problem is….and you were told that they are sick of your drinking and acting stupid when they get together.
Problems with your job
Has your boss called you into his office to say that there are complaints about your job performance? Has he suggested that you dress more neatly, or that you smell like alcohol during the work day? He may have said that you are missing too much work or coming in late too often. You could be on the verge of losing your job.
Situations with Law Enforcement
Have you been stopped by the police for drunk driving? Have you been arrested for being under the influence of alcohol? In some cases, cars are impounded, driver’s licenses have been suspended and tickets get very expensive. Besides all the money that it costs, it is a lot of hassle to get your license back. In some cases, it takes years to clean up the mess.
Broken hearted children & divorce
How are the relationships in your home? Does your spouse complain about your drinking? Have you failed to show up for school events that involve your children? Even worse, have you shown up drunk?
Maybe your spouse has said that they want a divorce because of your drinking. It is probably time to look at some of these reasons for not drinking alcohol so much, and get some help.

Very nice points you have here. Though you forgot to mention the health risks too much alcohol drinking poses. As always, nothing good will come out of too much of anything.
